How do I report a technical problem?
To report a technical problem on Pin up, you can contact support directly and describe what went wrong.
Follow these steps:
- Open the website or app and log in to your Pin up account.
- Scroll down and click “Support” or “Help/Online Chat.”
- Choose Live Chat or Email/Support form.
- Clearly write your issue:
- what exactly happened (error, freeze, payment issue, casino game not loading),
- time and date,
- your device (Android, iOS, PC) and browser/app.
- Attach screenshots if possible – it helps support solve it faster.
