What KYC documents are required?
To verify your identity and fully use Pin up, you need to upload a few KYC documents:
Proof of identity (one of these):
- National ID card (both sides)
- Passport (photo page)
- Driving licence
Proof of address (one of these):
- Recent utility bill (electricity, gas, water)
- Bank statement
- Mobile/postpaid internet bill
Must show your name, address and be not older than 3 months.
Payment method proof (if asked):
- Screenshot of e-wallet
- Photo of bank card (cover middle digits and CVV)
Upload clear colour photos/scans in your profile’s verification section.
