My deposit is not credited, what should I do?
If your Pin up deposit is not showing in balance, first stay calm and check a few things:
Check payment status:
- Open your payment app / bank SMS and confirm the money was really deducted.
- Take a screenshot with time, amount, and transaction ID.
Refresh and re-login:
- Log out from your Pin up account and log in again.
- Refresh the balance page in the casino or “Cashier/Wallet” section.
Wait 15–60 minutes:
- Some bank cards, bKash/Nagad or other methods may take a bit longer, especially during busy hours.
Contact support:
- Go to “Support” or live chat, or email from your registered mail.
- Send transaction ID, amount, time, payment method, and screenshot.
Tip: Do not try multiple large deposits until the first missing deposit is resolved.
