Why is my account blocked/suspended?
If your Pin up account is blocked or suspended, it usually means a security or verification issue.
Most common reasons:
- Wrong password entered many times
- KYC/ID not verified or documents rejected
- Using multiple accounts from same person
- Suspicious payments or bonus abuse in casino or sports
What to do:
- Try to log in and see if any message appears about the reason.
- Check your email and SMS for a message from Pin up, including spam folder.
- Prepare your NID/passport, payment screenshots, and account details.
- Contact support via live chat or email from the same email you used to register.
- Clearly explain what happened and attach requested documents.
Tip: Do not create a new account while the old one is under review. This can make the ban permanent.
